Please join us in welcoming Tina Griffiths to the Emeg Group as our new Operations Administrator.
Tina will take responsibility for supporting the QHSE and procurement operations undertaken by the business, developing our processes and working closely with our in-house teams to ensure departments are managed efficiently and in a proactive manner.
Tina is a highly motivated team player with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. She is used to working in busy environments where communicating with customers and other stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines is crucial, so she’s a perfect fit for Emeg Group!
As well as having run her own business in the past, Tina has experience as a Team Leader and is familiar with various back office functions, including health & safety audits and Safe Systems of Work (SSoW). Earlier in her career, Tina worked at engineering contractor TClarke within the design department where she gained valuable experience as a CAD operator, becoming proficient in the use of AutoCAD software and assisting design engineers with marking up and amending technical drawings.
Tina holds a City & Guilds in Computer Aided Design as well as recently completing an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely course and Emergency First Aid at Work.
Tina has been a Parent & Staff Governor at Hurst Green School where she was responsible for Health & Safety, Marketing and Publicity for the school. She also used to work backstage as a volunteer on productions at a local dance school.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys reading and walking her two dogs.
