We’re very pleased to be welcoming two new starters to our design services team this month; Ellis Eastwood is a Student Engineer (from the University of Central Lancashire) and James Mason is a Graduate Engineer (from the University of Sheffield).
Ellis will be based out of our Manchester Design Office and will gain work-based skills across various departments within the business while he studies for a BEng (Hons) in Building Services & Sustainable Engineering.
Ellis will be mentored by Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, Stephen Taylor, and will work alongside the design team to continue to develop and expand Emeg Rail Systems into industry-leading products for the UK and international markets.
James, who recently achieved a first-class MMath (Hons) in Mathematics & Statistics, will also work out of our Manchester office and will be mentored by Lead Depot Systems Design Engineer, Liz Taylor. He will gain invaluable work experience across the entire business, but will primarily work in conjunction with Emeg Group’s design team to develop our product range for our rapidly expanding international division – Emeg Rail Systems – as well as our UK customer base.
Please join us in welcoming Ellis and James to Emeg Group and wishing them every success in their new roles.
If you’re interested in joining Emeg Group’s rapidly-growing team of rail experts, based in the UK and Dubai, you can view our current vacancies or send your CV and covering letter to careers@emegrailsystems.com.
