The final stage of the investment into Emeg Group has been completed and the business is now wholly owned by Avidrail and has been integrated into Cubby Group.
Cubby Group is a collaboration of 14 complementary businesses created to drive future growth opportunities by offering expanded capabilities and expertise in sectors including construction, building, specialist joinery, scaffolding services, renewable energy, utilities, plant hire, rail infrastructure, civil and mechanical engineering.
Through close collaboration with other Cubby Group businesses – particularly Avidrail, Aberla Energy and the engineering divisions – Emeg has already begun to expand its in-house capabilities and expertise to offer a fully integrated, turnkey solution for clients.
This strengthens Emeg’s service offering, creates new revenue opportunities, adds complementary expertise to the business and ensures consistent, high-quality delivery from concept to completion.
To clarify, this acquisition covers only the UK business Emeg Group Limited. The UAE business Emeg Contracting LLC is a separate entity and did not form part of the sale. There are no direct links or associations between Emeg Group Limited and Emeg Contracting LLC.
With the acquisition now fully complete, we can concentrate on driving the long-term growth and success of Emeg with the support of Svella Plc as a key investor.
